Extremely poor service and complete lack of communication or care from this office. The staff repeatedly called my international number while I was abroad without leaving a message or email. When I finally reached them, they redirected my reservation to the Malmö Central branch. We showed up on time, but Malmö Central had zero record of the transfer and no car available. When Central office tried to call them, they couldn't. The lazy guy wanted to go home early then? We had to commute to a third location just to receive an unprepared, dirty vehicle that I had to clean myself. In total, we lost 3h of our trip due to this office's total negligence and laziness and arrived in the middle of the night to our lodging. This is insanely poor service...
