Very good service and excellent communication. A big advantage was the flexibility – the car was delivered directly to the apartment where we were staying, and we were also able to return it at the airport, which was extremely convenient for us. Everything went smoothly, efficiently and in a very friendly atmosphere. Another big advantage was the price. The rental was very reasonably and competitively priced, especially compared with the large, well-known international car rental companies. Considering the convenient delivery and airport return, I found it to be very good value for money. The only minor downside was the car itself. I didn’t ask in advance about the exact model or year, as I relied on the information provided on the website, where a petrol hybrid is shown among the available cars. However, we received an older diesel car with around 170,000 km on the clock. The car was fully functional and we had no problems with it throughout the rental, but its age and level of wear were noticeable. Considering the rental price, I simply expected a somewhat newer vehicle. That said, my overall experience was very positive. I would definitely use this company again – next time, I would simply ask in advance about the exact car being offered.

Rented a car for 15 days. The price was reasonable. The highlight was the after rent service. Malmo Hyrbil team was just a call away in case I needed some help or information. Highly recommended
