NEVER EVER RENT A CAR HERE ! We returned a rental car without any damage. Nobody from the agency was there to do the checkout despite returning the car during opening hours. We took pictures of the car to be safe. Anyway few days later we received an email claiming that we damaged the car. A photo was attached showing a car (no license plate visible, so we don't even know if it was ours), with some scratches and located in a different place that the return parking. Despite showing the pictures taken as evidence, they kept denying and doesnt even dare to answer my questions concerning the fact the car has been moved. And then they kept the entire deposit without any valid explanation anyway. Even taking photos won't protect you !

Je ne recommande pas du tout. J’ai réservé une voiture sur leur site internet. À venir chercher à l’aéroport à 18h, heure à laquelle l’agence doit être ouverture vu qu’il est indiqué qu’elle ferme à 19h. Personne sur place. J’appelle le monsieur pour lui demander comment faire, il me propose d’attendre une heure sur place, il sortira d’ici une heure pour un autre client. C’est quoi ce service ? Il c’est finalement déplacé, nous a remis les clés, mais avec une motivation… surtout qu’initialement je voulais récupérer la voiture en centre ville pour éviter d’aller à l’aéroport exprès. Du n’importe quoi cette agence

Arnaque! Nous avons loué une voiture, caution 1000E, personne pour faire l’état des lieux à la prise en charge du véhicule. Véhicule récupéré sous plusieurs centimètres de neige et de nuit. Personne pour la réception du véhicule, clés ds une boîte un samedi midi. Le samedi soir, 3 mails différents reçus nous accusant de 7 rayures à 7 endroits différents sur la carrosserie et une tache sur un siège… en 6 jours de loc a peine! Alors qu’il ne s’est rien passé du tout de notre côté. Dans les photos qu’on nous envoie nous ne voyons pas et ne reconnaissons pas le véhicule. Nous contestons et demandons plus de photos. Ils font la sourde oreille et nous renvoie toujours les même mails sans prendre en compte nos contestations et nos demandes!! Je n’ai encore jamais vu ça! Au mieux il y a une grosse incompétence, au pire une arnaque bien organisée… dans tous les cas je déconseille fortement!!

Absolutely awful experience. When we rented the car, the desk was severely understaffed and we had to wait for a long time. When we got to speak with the desk staff member, she had a rude "not my problem" attitude. She gave us the car keys basically without explaining a single thing on how this car model worked and just sent us off. When we tried to contact the company to manage our booking a couple of days later, we found NO ONE to answer. All Google-able Europcar Kiruna numbers would just not answer, and the 24/7 Road Assistance number didn't even ring and automatically closed the call every time. If we had a REAL emergency here in Lapland, we would just have been left to freeze. I've travelled in my fair share of countries of the world, even in places that most people would not consider "civilized", but I NEVER had to deal with such a lack of professionalism from a rental car company...

Do NOT recommend this company I absolutely do not recommend this company. We recently rented a car from them. The first car broke down just one hour after pickup (the side door stopped working), and we had to return to the rental location. The second car was already broken at the pickup location. We then had to wait a long time until they finally offered us a third car, which was far below expectations and extremely dirty. They told us we could either: take this car with a penalty, or come back the next day. Since we were tourists and had planned every single hour of our trip, we had no real choice and were forced to accept the car. As a result, a large part of our first day was completely ruined. Now, after all this, they are telling us that they will not compensate us at all. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience. Worst rental company I have ever dealt with
