Hired a Polo and they gave us an excellent Mercedez GLB. Excellent car. Excellent trouble free 2k km. No hassle pick up and flexible drop off. Highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We arranged a car with Tony and we called him like 10 times a day because everytime he told us "I will call you back" and in those 10 times nothing got arranged. He told us eventually he has a car and will hold it asight for us. He asked us to call him again the day before collection and I told him in advance we had a tour planned that day. I wasn't able to call him back that day because the tour was delayed and it was already after 17:00 so after the office hours. I called him again in the morning of collection and he told us he's not sure he has the car anymore because we didn't call him back yesterday. He also told us we didn't tell him we will pick up the car at 9am and the office starts opening at 10am. We told him multiple times. Long story short: we were left with no car and we had to arrange another option to go to Abisko last minute. I would not recommend this company and the communication of Tony was the worst I've ever seen. Safe you the trouble and look for another company.

I just want to thank Tony and Emma at SIXT Kiruna for the exceptional service. Emma was able to source a vehicle for me at extremely short notice during the busiest period of the year (Christmas), when every other provider was fully booked. Because of our tight schedule, we arrived in Kiruna after office hours, but Tony arranged for the car to be delivered to the station, waiting for us with the heater already on. Tony was communicative throughout the entire process, always happy to take my call and answer questions — he even took my call on Christmas Day. At drop-off, I was pleasantly surprised to see the final price reduced, as I wasn’t charged the after-hours collection fee. Kiruna is an incredible place, and having a car made the trip far more enjoyable, giving us the freedom to explore properly and make the most of our time there. P.S. In response to some of the negative reviews here, I’d also add that it’s always a good idea to do a video walk-around of any car when you take possession of it. We noticed a small blemish on our car, but because I communicated this to Tony immediately, there were no issues or additional costs when returning the vehicle.

Comme dis plus haut, ce sont des escrocs. Ils vous laissent la voiture à la gare mais font l'état des lieux sans vous. Si vous n'êtes pas attentif ils en profiteront pour vous arnaquer. Ils prélèvent ensuite l'argent sans autorisation, et lorsque vous demandez des documents justificatifs, comme une facture de réparation par exemple, bizarrement, ils n'ont rien, et baisse même les coûts lorsque l'on se plaint. Bref une belle bande d'escroc, à fuire
