We received the car we initially booked. At both pick up and drop off staff was friendly and wasn't trying to sell you something you don't need. It was a good experience. ( And a new car )

On réserve une voiture une semaine a l avance et le jour J on nous dit qu ils n ont plus de voiture. A fuir comme la maladie. Pour mettre a mal vos vacances par contre ils sont parfait

We rented a car during high season for our family, they got the car only to realise when we looked at the tires that they didn't have any spikes. The staff said that it was because they didn't ask for it on the reservation but there was no option to do so. We asked to switch to a car with spiked tires, turns out they are fully booked so they can't switch (got us wondering if the tires really hadn't spikes because of the booking option or because they didn't have any other car). We then asked if it was safe to drive without spiked tires cause we will be going quite far, they answered that we had to stay careful and it would depend on the road, if it was icy or not, keeping in mind that everything had melted the two days before so the roads were as expected, ICY... In other words keep out and chose another rental service. We called again and they ended up hanging up on us. Will visit the agency soon.

I rented a car here, I have an old car and I just wanted to have a better car as I had to drive a lot. I asked them if it was possible to park my car here, they told me yes and showed me a spot to park. When I came to return the car, my car was not here anymore. I called the agency, nobody knew were my car was. Luckily, I found it on another parking lot... If you want to rent a car just forgot this agency, they are not organized at all, with these weather condition during winter, you don't want some kind of improvisation...

Jättetrevlig kille vid hämtning av bil på Kiruna flygplats. Men att hyra ut en Volkswagen minibuss utan dubbdäck i februari är lite underligt med tanke på det isiga väglaget.
