Long wait to fill in the paperwork but the staff were helpful and friendly. The descriptions of the boot sizes are misleading and you may need to size up or check the dimensions from the manufacturer.

Extremely poor experience post-rent. Hertz applied a HUGE cross-border fee for Norway that was FIVE TIMES more than on my comparable rental the year before (£600), and it was not transparently disclosed. Customer service was really slow, inconsistent, and took repeated escalation to get a proper response. I would avoid at all cost using Hertz for cross-border rentals.

Hat alles perfekt geklappt. Fahrzeug vor der Hertz-Filiale in Göteburg geparkt, Auto wurde gecheckt, Gepäck ausgeladen und dann nur noch 200 m in das Terminal gegangen. Viel besser geht es nicht !!!
