This is an actually good rental car location! - Nice, quite new, clean car (VW T-Cross for CDAR) - Very nice, clean, totally useful child seats - had we known, we might have left ours at home! - Friendly, helpful employees all around - Quick deposit refund Above and beyond: Lufthansa had not transported the checked child seat for our daughter, and it was going to arrive later in the day. Europcar provided us with a seat and: - The employee at the counter actually helped us to install the seat - The employee at the counter explained that she had to book the seat for the full duration, but would leave a note on the rental saying I should only be charged for a day - The employee who got the seat when I returned it noted this and said it wouldn't be a problem - THIS ACTUALLY WORKED! They refunded the deposit the next day and deducted only one day's cost. Super helpful for me, I'd rent here again anytime!

Would recommend to anyone looking to hire a car from Gothermburg airport. Deposit came back the next day and everything was processed quickly without any issues. We were offered a free upgrade on arrival, which was appreciated, but we preferred to keep the original car. Simple, easy rental and all went smoothly.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Die fällige Kaution wird nicht nur auf der Kreditkarte blockiert, sondern abgebucht. Zurück bekommt man dann weniger Geld. Zudem werden zusätzliche Versicherungen und Leistungen berechnet, obwohl man keine abgeschlossen hat. Das ist das Allerletzte. Nie wieder Europcar!

Terrible place to rent a car. I was their frequent client. I arrived at the office at 23:28 due to my flight delay and they closed the office right in front of my face. I was knocking the door and tried to get their attention but I was ignored. This is the most ridiculous situation ever happened to me and I have rented cars 100+ times already across the Europe. Avoid at every cost.
