Very rude staff, not helpful. Was trying to ask about the price and got completely ignored. I was almost screaming HELLO to get attention from of the the girls. She answered my question while looking away at someone else, like she could not be bothered at all. I could tell she hated this job, or straight up had a preference of which kind of customers she would help.

Worst customer service, a fake premium brand. Deliveries not honored. Avoid this brand.

I visited NK Stockholm yesterday to shop for Swedish brands. I went straight to Byredo and was attended to by Ella. She was patient as she explained the different scents to me, with a dramatic, reminiscent flair. I ended liking something I'd never go for usually, Young Rose EDP. In addition to her extensive knowledge of scents, she also gave me a handful of samples for me to try out - excellent customer service! I'll try out the scents and come back to Byredo. An amazing experience and introduction into Swedish perfumery. Ella, if you're reading this, thank you for today. Also, I forgot to tell you one thing: beautiful eyes! Perfectly mismatched and unique like the scents of Byredo. :)

Perfumes are so good there. But the experience with the stuff is kind of offensive. If you like to be ghosted by the perfume sellers you are welcomed. There were 3 stuff working there and we no one helped us. I was chasing them to buy a perfume. I had to confront them to get help.
