I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a retail experience this good. I didn’t catch her name, but a shorter woman with dark hair was truly the best. I had no idea what I liked, but she pulled out a ton of options for me to try. She was patient and kind — even when I asked to smell the same scent multiple times. I left feeling excited and happy to bring something back that I loved. Thank you!

The laziest employees I have ever met. I told them it was my first time there and wanted to get to know the brand and the fragrances they just ignored me and said that I could try the test samples and see which I wanted and he got back to his phone. Shameful.

I had a wonderful experience at the BYREDO flagship store in Stockholm. They have an incredible selection, which is exactly what you would hope for from their main location. Their salespeople were very helpful in picking out a new fragrance. Highly recommend stopping by!

I placed an order through the official BYREDO website on July 5, 2026. Today is August 2, 2026. Almost four weeks have passed, and I still have not received my order. On July 14, 2026, I contacted BYREDO through their official Instagram account to ask where my order was. I never received any reply. On August 2, 2026, I submitted another request through the official customer service contact form on the BYREDO website. So far, I have received no response there either. I paid for my order in full, but I have received neither the products nor any tracking information or meaningful update. This experience has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, taking payment, failing to deliver the order, and not responding through official customer service channels is completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed and expect an immediate full refund if my order cannot be delivered without further delay.
