One of the best places to get your perfume from. They are generous and understandable, I had an impressive service full of emotions and storytellng. Big thank you to the associate Laura who gave an amazing service!

My experience at Byredo was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing manager Jimmy who transformed the visit into an artistic experience rather than simply a shopping spree. From the very first moment, the service was impeccably refined, sophisticated, and professional. His manner of speaking, his deep understanding of fragrances, and his remarkable ability to discern personal taste reflected a refined sensibility and rare expertise. He wasn't just selling a perfume; he was offering a story, a feeling, and a complete experience brimming with luxury and attention to detail. This kind of high-quality service is what makes luxury brands memorable. My sincere thanks and appreciation to this exceptional individual who represented Byredo in the best possible light and made the experience truly remarkable.
