Perfect location! The thing that stands out the most for me is the people who run the hotel. Every single team member was welcoming, pleasant, helpful and efficient. They made us feel like welcome guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

I always stay here when traveling for work and want to share my thanks to Arch (sorry if I butchered the name!), who made my recent stay extra special! I had a personal request while I was there and she went out of her way to sort everything out for me. She was super friendly, efficient and just genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Hotel gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. U-Bahn ist gleich ums Eck. Die Gegend ist sehr belebt, aber das haben wir im 4. Stock nicht mitbekommen. Die Zimmer sind toll, die Betten sehr bequem und das Bad mit schnuckeligem Interieur. Ein bisschen zu wenig Ablagefläche im Bad und nur eine Kleiderstange statt einem Schrank. Aber hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Lokal oder Zimmerreinigung, waren sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The best hotel experience I've had. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and bed was comfy. I looked forward to breakfast, as the kitchen staff was so wonderful and interacted with us. We were also on a higher floor, where we could not hear any music and slept well. Whenever I come to Stockholm, I'll be staying at this hotel!

The bar in the hotel is extremely loud on Friday and Saturday if you’re staying on the first floor. Avoid this place if you are at all sensitive to noise, and run away if they give you a first floor room. Breakfast was good, and it was relatively quiet Sunday-Tuesday. As previous reviews point out, the hotel doesn’t really care about the noise from the bar. They may move you to a new room, but this is very much a nightlife and party destination, which the hotel indulges.
