We spent a couple of nights at the hotel and it was very nice. The room was very comfortable as were the beds. The bathroom was good size and everything was spotless. We didn't go for breakfast or dinner at the hotel but the breakfast buffet looked great. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Hôtel Reisen during our honeymoon. Here’s our experience: * Hotel itself: Cute and charming, though smaller than the other hotel we stayed at in Stockholm. * Room: Our room felt noticeably smaller than it appeared in the website photos. * Breakfast: Breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed it. * Gym: The gym was tiny. * Housekeeping and maintenance: There were missing amenities, an empty tissue box, a conditioner dispenser that didn’t work, and a toilet paper holder that detached and fell. * Service: Even after I informed the staff about the missing amenities, I was still left without a toothbrush. Having to follow up on these details was frustrating. * Honeymoon gesture: Staff offered cheap champagne after I raised my concerns, which was a nice gesture. Since I had mentioned our honeymoon beforehand, it would have felt more thoughtful if it had been offered at the beginning of our stay. I understand that honeymoon extras are optional; I simply would have appreciated the timing. * Follow-up: Guest relations invited me to contact them directly and acknowledged the problems. However, the lengthy wait for their response and the overall handling of our concerns added to the disappointment. We loved our honeymoon in Sweden. What disappointed me about this stay was having to spend time asking for amenities and following up on problems. A properly prepared room and attentive service would have made the biggest difference.

Had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend. The location is great with lots of food and tourist attractions nearby. The attention to detail from guest services to room features was wonderful. Loved the spa area, the cold plunge pool was COLD but that’s the point! and it was so refreshing then hop on over into the sauna. Very nice serene space. Also, enjoyed our water front view.

Fantastiskt hotell med bra service och trevligt bemötande. Kreativ havsutsikt! God frukost med brett utbud. Den enda besvikelsen var det kalla vattnet i poolen på spaavdelningen.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here during my birthday week! Annelise ensured the stay started off excellent by stepping in and helping out her teammate at the check-in desk as there was a queue building up and she wanted to assist, despite her normal job not entailing this. She helped me get my preferred room type and was so kind in doing so. This hotel is very charming, in a historic building from the 1600s that used to be a 'semi-legal' coffee house, among other things, and the character practically bleeds through the walls. The underground sauna/cold pool/wellness area was amazing and honestly not like anything I've seen before. I cannot WAIT to come back and stay at Hôtel Reisen again next time I'm in Stockholm - tack så mycket, Annelise and team!

Quite simply the best staff I’ve ever run into when traveling. The front desk is attentive and helpful, the bar workers are extremely nice and fun to talk with, and the cleaning staff are meticulous. Every interaction with someone at the hotel will make your stay more enjoyable. The sauna and pool are awesome, and the location is walkable to a seemingly unlimited selection of bars and restaurants - even granted the fact that the bar and restaurant at the hotel itself are elite as well. They care for international travelers as well with things like adapters for plugs, and a good range of credit cards are accepted. The bathrooms are fantastic as well.

I am staying and enjoying. It was a beautiful sunrise at the perfect location. The staff is wonderful and the morning buffet is delicious and a good introduction to the culinary delights Stockholm has to offer.
