Estuvimos alojados en este hotel que se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de metro de las líneas 10 y 11. El servicio bueno sin ser destacable aunque el personal del bar es muy majo. Creo que de la mejor comida de Estocolmo pero nada típico. Recomendable contratar desayuno, el buffet es muy completo

Hotel is really modern looks really stunning. For real friendly stuff i would to say about Hana(she was really helpful and we felt welcome because of her, she is really professional,all 5 star going to her!, another lady but i don’t know the name, with black hair(she was really nice and kind, she is really good person and worker), the bartender i guess his name is Jarlos or something like that, he made amazing cocktails for us and he really work hard. Location is okay close to Train station and easy to get in city centrum. The room was really nice, amazing view and housekeeping works really hard. Lovely staying, thanks team 🫶🏻

Loistava sijainti ja palvelut ja mukava henkilökunta, tunnelmallinen paikka. Hotelli on vanhassa tehtaassa, muutamat death stairs- portaat ilman kaidetta. Sisustettu viihtyisään kirppistyyliin, joka varmasti jakaa ihmisiä: huoneessani oli todella hämärä valaistus (vaikea pakata) ja wc-paperirulla ei millään pysynyt telineessään. Huoneessa oli kuitenkin jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin ja hiustenkuivaaja. Erityiskiitos vaatehöyryttimestä.

Extremely Disappointing Hyatt Experience As a Hyatt Globalist who travels extensively around the world and spends a significant amount with the brand, I expected a much higher level of service and hospitality. While the staff was friendly and clearly made an effort, the room I was assigned was extremely small—so small that there was barely enough space to open a suitcase properly. To make matters worse, pillows were placed directly on the luggage rack, which I found completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. I brought these concerns to the attention of the General Manager, so I was particularly disappointed that no compensation or meaningful resolution was offered. I understand that not every stay can be perfect, but the combination of the room conditions, hygiene concerns, and the lack of any meaningful response from management was extremely disappointing—especially for a loyal Globalist guest. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here. This did not feel like the level of service or hospitality I expect from a Hyatt property.
