Excellent stay at the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel! The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and every detail made me feel valued as a guest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again!
I was there for 2 day trip. Really really stressed because my phone had stopped working, and I thought I’d need to find somewhere to get it repaired. He stayed completely calm and asked if I’d tried a hard reset. I told him I didn’t know how, and he helped me do it right away—and it worked!
What impressed me most was how quickly he thought of a simple, free solution and how resourceful he was, especially since he doesn’t even use an iPhone himself. He was patient, calm, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
Great location- especially if you arrive/ depart by train as main station is a 5-10 minute walk away. Also great location to get to the old city and a jumping off point to venture further out.
Clean and spacious rooms.
Very busy hotel especially with what seems to be conferences/ business meetings. So the lobby space can be busy and loud- was not a huge deal for us but is worth noting.
Sheraton Stockholm is conveniently located close to the Central Station and the Arlanda Express — within walking distance if you use the train from the airport.
I had a nice, spacious room that seemed to have been renovated not too long ago, with classic decoration, a comfortable bed, a working area and a table. The bathroom was a bit small — two people sharing the room would be negotiating space. The daily service was very good: they even folded clothes I had left in the room while I was out at work, which is not something I would expect from a Sheraton.
Breakfast was very good, with several options: an omelette station, a good selection of cheeses and charcuterie, scrambled and fried eggs, yogurt and fruit, and good, attentive table service.
The best part was the gym and spa — by far the best hotel gym I have ever seen. Two floors of equipment, with a variety of latest-generation Technogym machines, free weights, bikes, treadmills and special equipment; very impressive. The gym's changing room had a spacious dry sauna, as you would expect in Sweden, and a cold plunge, which is more unusual. I used everything: the equipment worked very well and everything was impeccably organized and clean.
A very good option to stay in Stockholm if you are not on a budget.
This was a great hotel. Newly renovated. A gym that rivaled a membership gym, with great saunas that even included chilled plunges. Really nice breakfast buffet. A Marriott M club. Great location right next to old town that is also close to the train station. You won’t go wrong with this hotel.
