Man muss extrem Aufpassen auf die Preise. Vor Ort keine Kompetenzen auf Reklamationen, man muss gehen und wird auf eine E-Mail verwiesen. Leider wurden meine E-Mail teilweise Ignoriert. Ich musste mehrmals auf eine Antwort hinweisen. Auf die Frage „ wie läuft das hier mit den Spa“ werden Preisen nicht angegeben. Schaade

Very nice hotel in the Hagaparken. Close to Sthlm center but not too close. Clean hotel and friendly service oriented staff. Big assortment at breakfast. Worth a visit.

It’s fine the hotel is nice and rooms are nice! What’s not so nice are the fact you pay 260kr for parking, the drinks and food prices are eye watering, then on top of that going to the spa is 900kr per person too so for one night in a hotel you feel as if you’ve been truly picked up, turned upside down and shaken till all of your hard earned cash is extracted from you pockets. It’s nice don’t get me wrong but when you add the cost of all this up you talking 5-6000kr for one night. It’s not that nice. It’s just a fancy cash extraction factory.

Bokade ”Hagastrand experience” - Bemötandet i baren var märkligt. Ville beställa en drink men de gick och jagade varandra tills en dom av svarar ”inga drinkar bara öl/vin nu” - konstiga blickar från personalen - Halt i spaat, mer stök än mysigt med 50-60 pers, dyrt premiumspa men inte premium-upplevelse - 60-årsfest och företagskonferens som lever om i allmänna utrymmen, ekar av gap och skrik och alldeles för lyhört överallt - Tillbehör ingick inte i middagspaketet, överraskades av detta på plats i restaurangen fick betala 60-100kr extra per tillbehör - Rätterna var små - Maten var för salt - Servicen och bemötandet åter dålig i restaurang njord - Litet rum och knapp utsikt till vattnet trots deluxe balcony seaview. Betalade 1000 kr extra för rummet. Rakt igenom en besvikelse. Marriot borde lära sig av ESS group / clarion.
