Amazing service, wonderful staff, and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. But the food... It’s ambitious and clearly trying to create something new, which I appreciate, but most of the dishes fall short. The plating is gorgeous, but the flavors feel confused. Some dishes lack flavor altogether, while others try to do too much at once, making them feel noisy and unfocused — like too many instruments playing different melodies at the same time. I think the kitchen would benefit from taking a step back towards simplicity, with a clearer idea of what each dish is actually trying to achieve. We had the tasting menu in September 2026.

Persona levererar verkligen god mat och dryck, vi tog det dyraste dryckespaketet till avsmakningsmenyn men det var värt varenda krona - otroliga viner och bra pairing. Maten var också dunder. Det var bara en rätt som inte föll mig i smaken, resten var supergoda rakt igenom. Inredningen är fantastisk och servicen likaså. Man får en trevlig rundtur av vinkällaren också för att få inblick av utbudet. Det enda som skulle kunna förbättras är toaletten - ingen handkräm eller tandpetare eller sånna ”extras” som man kanske förväntar sig på ett sånt här ställe och endast en toalett. Annars var allt toppen.

* Warm Welcome: We were provided with a wonderfully warm and attentive greeting right from the moment we arrived. * Outstanding Food: The mises en bouches were exceptional, setting the stage for a meal where every dish exceeded our highest expectations. * Exceptional Pairings: Enjoyed a magnificent bottle of Blanc de Noirs Champagne, a fascinating new discovery, while both the wine pairing and non-alcoholic juice pairings were matched to perfection. * Flawless Pacing: What amazed us most was the flawless, perfect tempo maintained throughout the entire service. Was hard to believe we sat for 5 hours. * Exemplary Staff: The whole team was remarkably gentle, polished, and professional from start to finish. Big thank you to everyone!

Truly exceptional From start to finish (five hours later), this was probably the best fine dining experience we have had. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable from the outset. Our priorities were taken into consideration throughout with the staff having quietly briefed each other. The tour of the wine cellar and storeroom were interesting and informative. The meal was enhanced by the artwork, lounge and dining room. Each step was explained and service was impeccable. The tasting menu and wine pairings (with the option of half measures) were excellent. French tradition but international with a Swedish twist. We could not have been happier. Passing mention of Irish coffee led to delivery of an off-menu, free of charge drink. At each point nothing was too much trouble and the enthusiasm of each person was clear. We ere even treated to a happy birthday song complete with indoor fireworks. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable evening.

Reviews turned off for Non Grata, its sister place, so I’ll leave my review here. Non Grata is terrible. The food tastes like someone has tried to recreate basque food from photos. It is terrible, truly. The Basque cheesecake stands out as bad - too baked, grainy and only tastes lemon?? Service is even worse. They forgot that we ordered main courses after waiting 90 minutes. When they realised, they said they were out of main courses. They had dropped the wine bottle in their cooler, leaving it filled with water. We were planning to visit Persona, but after a terrible experience at Non Grata, we will not. If the chefs can leave this disgrace open, we can only assume that Persona will be equally disappointing.

Personna was an absolute highlight of our trip to Stockholm. The food was outstanding, but somehow the service was even better. It was easily one of the top three meals I’ve had in my life. We enjoyed it so much that during our two-week vacation, we came back the following week for a second dinner and we’re so glad we did. The chef was incredibly kind and surprised us with a few new dishes that weren’t part of our first experience, making an already unforgettable meal even more special. Every single person on the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegant and relaxed, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Exceptional food, impeccable service, wonderful people, and a beautiful atmosphere. Personna is the kind of restaurant you remember long after your trip is over, and one we can’t wait to return to

A most phenomenal dining experience that will remain a wonderful memory! The staff and chefs at Persona are absolutely welcoming and lovely to talk with, and have such a keen awareness of the timing in the dining room and kitchen to deliver intuitive, professional service. The dishes are beautiful works of art and DELICIOUS, expertly crafted with fresh and purposeful ingredients. We loved everything! Easy to make a reservation through Google, ~3hrs dinner service and 2k+SEK per person as we enjoyed a variety of aperitifs and wine with numerous dishes. Sitting at the chef’s table was truly special. A refreshing, surprising detail is the chefs and managing staff both presented dishes and cleared them; watching them work together is like a dance. Understanding the personality of the sommelier who seemed to recommend certain French wines, we enjoyed a variety of lovely European wines instead. Overall, on par with Michelin starred restaurants but without the pretentiousness. If ever back in Stockholm we will visit again!! Highly recommend!!
