Välgjort och genomtänkt in i minsta detalj, det märks att man satsar på två stjärnor och jag skulle säga att det inte ligger långt bort. Servicen strålande, perfekt timing och precis rätt balans mellan social trevlighet och exakt leverans. Min enda invändning är att jag skulle önska äkta all-inclusive utan att de säljer på en välkomstchampagne och avslutande kaffe separat. För mig störs alltid upplevelsen av att påminnas om säljar-kundrelationen och jag hade hellre sett att de höjt grundpriset med 500-1000 kr och sedan bara låtit severingarna komma utan prislistor och prat om pengar. Det känns lite billigt att artificiellt hålla nere grundpriset genom tillval som om man inte skulle genomskåda strategin. Men detta gäller ju i och för sig hela lyxssegmentet ända upp till de trestjärniga.

Loved the experience. Loved the food. Totally worth the price tag but absolutely overate and need to fast for the next 24 hours to digest all the goodness we just had at Adam Albin. Their non alcoholic pairing was superb as well!

En gastronomisk upplevelse på toppnivå där allt stämmer. Inredningen och miljön håller hög internationell klass – sober, sofistikerad och omsorgsfullt designad in i minsta detalj. Atmosfären är varm, levande och fri från stelhet. Smakerna och precisionen är klockren från första serveringen till sista desserten. Att kockarna själva presenterar och lägger sista handen vid rätterna vid bordet ger en fantastisk närvaro. Servicen är genomgående klanderfri och vinmatchningarna lyfter varje rätt till perfektion. En fulländad helkväll.

스톡홀름에서의 저녁, ADAM ALBIN. 북유럽의 식재료를 바탕으로 프렌치와 아시아의 감각을 더한 컨템퍼러리 파인 다이닝. 전반적으로 간이 조금 강하고 크리미하면서 풍부한 맛이 인상적이었다. 익숙한 한국의 파인 다이닝과는 맛을 풀어가는 방식이 꽤 달라서 그 차이를 경험하는 것도 재미있었다. 좋은 와인과 함께 새로운 맛을 경험하며, 스웨덴에서 보내는 시간을 조금 더 즐겁게 만들어준 저녁.

The food was good, but unfortunately the overall experience did not feel worth the price. What disappointed me most was the service. Throughout the evening, I felt that the male guest was consistently treated as the primary guest. The wine list was handed directly to my husband without being offered to me, and when it came time to taste the wine, the server automatically approached him rather than asking who would like to taste it. This was particularly noticeable to me because I have dined at many fine-dining restaurants in Europe and have never experienced this before. I cannot say whether it was intentional or related to gender or cultural assumptions, but it left me feeling overlooked as a guest. At this price point, I expect the service to be attentive and inclusive toward both guests. Unfortunately, the service experience significantly affected my overall impression of the restaurant.

Amazing experience overall. Flavors were bold with interesting combinations of nordic and asian ingredients. Service and ambiance were perfect as well! We especially liked the non alcoholic wine pairings - it was a blend of juice and spices that worked surprisingly well with the food. All of the mains we had including lobster and lamb dishes were just amazing with layers of flavor and cooked to perfection. My only criticism is that a couple of dishes were a bit too salty - the caviar and egg custard in particular. The flavor was still great but the for me the saltiness made it difficult to finish.

We came to Adam Albin as part of our honeymoon and during our last night in Stockholm. We were warmly welcomed and led to a beautiful lounge where we were served some introductory snacks and drinks. We found all of the snacks to be very good, with a variety of interesting flavours and styles. Afterwards, we were taken to the main dining room, which featured an open kitchen, for the main courses. We found the seafood dishes particularly enjoyable, with delicious sauces and flavours. The ingredients were top-notch, and nothing felt heavy despite the explosion of flavours. Once we completed the courses, we were taken back to the lounge and served some additional desserts, along with coffee and tea. Aside from the food, the service was exemplary, and we felt immense warmth from all of the staff and chefs. Of course, there were a few areas that I’m sure the team could look into. Some of the dishes felt a bit too salty for our palates. While they weren’t heavy, the seasoning could perhaps be toned down slightly. One dish we did not particularly enjoy was the quail breast and dumplings. It wasn’t as tender as we had expected, and the dumpling wrapping felt too thick and somewhat out of place. Perhaps if it were thinner, it could absorb more of the sauce and complement the dish better. Lastly, we expected the meal to take around three hours, but the entire experience from start to finish was 4.5 hours, nearing five hours if we had stayed longer. The pace slowed down about halfway through the courses, although I’m not sure whether this was intentional. This may have been more of a personal issue as tourists, as we had been travelling for several days and wanted to get back earlier to rest. Overall, however, we didn’t find much to detract from the experience and thought it was amazing. Hopefully, this feedback helps Adam Albin continue to improve, and I can’t wait to see where they go next!
