I had my documents on the way, as a foreigner from EU i have a right to open a bank acount, but I was told that I CAN"T with no actual advices or possible alternatives, or at least sth like: Try to do this and come back in a few weeks, nothing. I had much better experience with other bank, which actually gave me advices and said what I can do. Right now, I have an account and all the docs needed, as it was the matter of time.
