Id give them a zero rating if possible. Used them in the past for the rally sweden, and they lived up to what I requested. This past rally (2026) i requested a Seat or better. I arrive and they give me some Chinese POS car. An absolute junk of a car DFSK. I email back and forth with a manager, and essentially get the run around that no other cars are available. I was told at check out that these are the cars this company is renting going forward... If thats the case, plan on dropping customers fast. Ill never use this company again, plenty of places to rent from that can provide an acceptable vehicle for the price.

Even one star is too much! Be careful - no trust!!! One year after I had rented car, I received an invoice for additional charges (extra driver, late flight arrival), I had deposited my credit card and no charges were taken. Five days later I received again a letter with interest rate. Meanwhile, I contacted europcar to explain but I never received an answer even one month later. The car rental broker (Check24) was also absolutely not helpful and advised to pay. This is a rip-off. I can not recommend this rental car company and car rental Check24.

After returning my car I realized I forgot my sunglasses inside. Crew was very helpful, they were there after 25 minutes and I could recover them and take my flight on time. I'm very thankful.
