Voor ons was het de mooiste reis de we hebben gemaakt. Dat mede door de mooie camper. Er stond nog geen 5000 km op en we missen hem nu al. Onvergetelijk en een heel fijn bedrijf. Onze batterij was stuk die hebben ze dezelfde dag nog gemaakt en konden we weer verder.

**Never rent a motorhome from this…
**Never rent a motorhome from this company** We rented a motorhome that was only ten months old. During our holiday, the passenger door lock broke, meaning that the door could no longer be opened from the inside. When we returned the motorhome, we informed the staff about the problem. We were then told that it was our fault and that we were responsible for the damage to the lock. However, the problem appears to have been an obvious manufacturing defect, especially considering that the motorhome was only ten months old. The reception staff refused to discuss the matter further and claimed that we had probably opened the door too many times or had been too forceful when trying to open it. One of their employees then started removing plastic parts from the door to investigate what had happened. We were not given the opportunity to see the inspection or speak to the person carrying it out. We were told that this person was a mechanic. Despite no evidence being presented that we had caused the damage, the receptionist demanded that we pay SEK 1,500 per hour if we wanted to speak to the mechanic. We were also told that the company would retain an amount equivalent to the insurance excess from our deposit, without being able to provide any documentation proving that we had caused the problem. In my opinion, this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable treatment, especially considering that we paid more than SEK 30,000 for our rental. As a customer, you expect much better treatment and a professional handling of a potential technical fault. The incident has been reported to the police, and we will never rent a motorhome from this company again. We have rented motorhomes regularly in the past, but after this experience, we have completely lost our trust in this company. We consider the company's conduct to be nothing short of fraudulent.
