Omdömen om Yoga Roots Malmö

Svar från Yoga Roots Malmö

Hi Anna! It’s very unlucky that you managed to pop by the studio on the two hottest days of the year in Malmö! All of our students decided, understandably, to be beach based and enjoy the few sun days we get in Sweden, outside! As our policies state you need to book a class online to participate in our classes, which you hadn’t done. We don’t do drop ins because of the current situation. If you would have booked your spot online as procedure we would have contacted you well ahead of class to let you know about this very unusual situation. You are welcome to email us ( yogarootsmalmo@gmail.com) to receive detailed info on how to book classes in our studio so this doesn’t happen again! Kind regards Yoga Roots

Hi Flowslowing, we are sad to read your review! As we wrote in response to your Facebook review - we checked in our booking system to see which class you took and you were not in the system? We read your feedback and take it seriously, so want to be sure you know that all of our teachers are trained and specialized within their area of teaching, with an education for teaching their yoga, Pilates and aerial yoga classes that we offer at the studio. Yoga philosophy by nature is intertwined in each yoga class, with relevant music for the style of class. I am sorry if the music selection and class was not to your taste. For the changing rooms - I will upload a photo to google photos and link below - so you can see that we have black out curtains for the changing space, with designated changing space for men and women. There is space in the changing room for your valuables - as we do not allow phones into the yoga room - the same as all other yoga studios in the city offer. As we are not a gym, but a small yoga studio space, we do not provide lockers for students, instead lock down the entire reception during classes.
