​I genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, cannot recommend Ninnie enough! The ambience and energy of her classes are always spot-on, beautifully balancing the meditative aspects of yoga with the workout and fire of a vinyasa flow. ​I spent years searching for an instructor who could strike that balance, and Ninnie is truly that teacher. Her classes are impeccably structured, offering the perfect mix of challenge and playful exploration. Having practiced yoga for a few years, I’ve finally achieved poses I’d only ever dreamed o which is all thanks to Ninnie’s guidance, support, and fantastic cues. I feel so much stronger in my practice, body and soul, and I always leave class knowing I had fun!

I came to this studio by a recommendation and it's has been an amazing yoga journey of continuous learning and improvement. Ninnie supports before, during and after the yoga session. I recommend all the yoga sessions of this studio. If you want to practice yoga in a place where: 1) The instructor dedicates time to teach, explain, correct, assist you during practice. 2) The instructor gives you good advice of exercises to improve your practice and recommendations to relief stiffness in your body. 3) The instructor adapts the courses to what people wants to practice more in each session. 4) Small studio where experience is more cozy and unique. Then Ninnie Yoga is the right place for your yoga practice!

I’ve been attending Ninnie’s yoga classes since 2024, and they have truly changed the way I approach my body. Every time I go to class, I leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and genuinely better. My sleep has improved a lot, and I feel more confident and appreciative of what my body can do. The classes are very welcoming and inviting, and the Friday mini-retreats are a beautiful way to end the week relaxing, nourishing, and intentional. I highly recommend Ninni’s classes to anyone looking for a supportive and meaningful yoga experience no matter the level you are!

Jag är verkligen en nybörjare och inom yoga och något klumpig motoriskt, men alltid när jag kommer så försvinner känslorna av osäkerhet tack vare Ninnies guidning och förståelse. Den lugna atmosfären känns behaglig och de trevliga samtalen både före och efter får en att gå därifrån med ett lugn i själen. Ninnie är Malmös bästa yogainstruktör, jag kan inte tänka mig att gå någon annanstans!

Jag var på mini retreatet, lugn skön avslappnad stämning. Kände mej så himla avslappnad efter yogan som jag svävade på moln. Kommer definitivt att gå på fler mini retreat och ta med nära och kära. Topp topp!!!

Ninnie’s yoga studio is a little oasis in the center of Malmö. Her soothing voice creates such a calming atmosphere during the classes. Ninnie’s kindness and knowledge make the experience even more enriching. She puts her heart on each class. It you are dealing with stress or looking for a place where you can just be yourself her studio is the place to be. Definitely my favorite yoga teacher in town.

Ninnie is an absolutely wonderful teacher who creates a welcoming atmosphere for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Thanks to her expert ability to balance the flow of the classes, I always feel both relaxed and challenged to dive deeper in my yoga practice after a session. Can’t recommend Ninnie enough! 😊
