Mycket dålig servis idag trötta personal dom ville inte hjälpa alls

I have visited this store in the past regarding a phone subscription that was put on my contract without me wanting it because of a salesman that was just trying to meet his own KPI. There was no mention of a binding period. I told him explicitly that i already have 2 more phone subscription i dont need two more but he insisted on me taking the sims. Upon realizing i went back and forth a couple of times trying to fix the situation but nobody helped even the salesman stopped recognizing me. Now fast forward 6 months in I'm still paying for the sims. I have never experienced this type of misinformation or a worst company to get my services from i would strongly suggest new customers to visit any other store apart form this one as they only care about their sales number. Extremely bad experience. I regret getting a broadband from this store. I bought a broadband connection on Jan 11 from this store with annual contract and was told that the router will be delivered in 2-3 days. It’s been 19 days and I am still waiting for router. Multiple vists to the store for some resolution and if not contract cancellation. The sales guy was not willing to resolve the issue and told the contract can’t be cancelled. Another sales guy on another day helped by giving a router for time being but that too didn’t help as there is no “antenna” plugged in the COAX port in router so signal can’t be received by router. In short, the worst experience the customer can ever have and the least caring attitude by the company. If PostNord is the reason for delayed delivery, did I enter in contract with them @tele2? You as a company make your own choices to partner but restrict customers to have choices? Pathetic

Grundlurad av deras säljare Missnöjd med hur oprofessionellt/snabbt man binder in oskyldiga personer in i en affär med hjälp av kundens bankId utan att kunden förstår vad som hen ge sig in på, de gör vad som helst för att binda fast kunden i 2 år för nånting han inte är intresserad. Jag var där för att köpa TV hub, men han bytte alla mina mobilabonnemang från halebob till tele2 och till o med fick en oönskade extra simkort som jag måste betala abonemang på 2 år, tele2 skyller på butiken och butiken kyller på kunden. Det blir aldrig TELE2 i framtiden.
