Have been here twice. The first time, we had wonderful customer service and purchased a suit. The suit pants had to be altered, so we paid SEK 350 for Oscar Jacobsen to have their tailor alter them. We came back a week later to pick up the altered pants and they felt a bit too large in the waist still. There was a different sales rep helping us this time and he immediately told us that the pants were not too large after quickly glancing from 5 meters away. We said we would give them a try, but asked if we can bring them back in to fix the waist, if it does still feel too big after taking them home. The sales rep said we would need to pay another SEK 350 if we needed the waistband adjusted again (even though it would have been their fault). This is after paying SEK 7500 for the suit and SEK 350 for the first tailoring. He kept pushing back and eventually agreed that we would not be charged again if the waistband needed to be adjusted, but gave me no confirmation to use as proof of that agreement should we come back. Needless to say we will not ever be purchasing from this store again.
