I absolutely love my wide leg wool trousers - they are literally my favorite pair of pants. I'm 6'2" and the 32" waist fits perfectly without additional tailoring. The only negative is I was charged $40 by FedEx for shipping to the USA even though it was "free shipping" on their website.

I ordered an MTM suit. I took the measurements of an existing garment, followed by an online consultation. Given the substantial changes between my existing suit and the finished product, and how well the final suit fits, this was shockingly successful.

Bought a made-to-measure suit from here. The good: - Quality is excellent - Cuts are beautiful and classic, great selection of unique fabrics. All-in-all a great classically fitting suit with beautiful modern details. The bad: - Service - In-store stock - Terrible quality on garment bag. Handle broke on the first day (see picture) Overall I’m pleased with the suit, so why the low rating? The level of service was so horrendous that I stopped believing in my core principle that man is good. Have you seen the ”BELIEVE” sign above the door in Ted Lasso? It feels like the staff room at Grand Lè Mar has one too, but instead of ”BELIEVE” it says ”REMEMBER: YOU ARE NOTHING”. From the second I walked in, throughout my first visit, and during my second and third visit, it felt like the staff forgot that customers make sure their salaries get paid. I felt unwelcome and like a nuisance for wanting to buy a suit, and as if I was distracting them from their actual tasks of standing around looking angry. I’ll admit, last time I bought a suit was when I was 18, so what the hell do I know about suits? Then I thought to myself, ”oh but I can just go to the store and ask them how this and that works, they’ll be happy to help! After all, I’ve worked in service myself and loved it when a curious customer came in with a bag of cash”. Oh the naïveté of my two months younger self… How did I not anticipate that me wanting to pay almost 8000 SEK for help was too much to ask? As a result of the terrible service, I didn’t buy my shirt, tie, and shoes at this establishment, and went to Suit Supply for it instead. Although I much much much prefer Grand Lè Mar’s stock to Suit Supply, the staff there are at least told on their first day ”Step 1 to making a sale: Don’t be rude to the customer unless they are rude to you”. I might come back in the future just because I love the suit itself, but if I see a competitor with suits I like half as much as this one with better service, I’m going there instead.

I bought a gift card from Grand Lè Mar as a birthday present for my fiancé, who's a big fan of their clothes. The presentation was lovely, it arrived by mail in a beautifully designed box, which made it feel like a real gift rather than just email gift card. It’s a great option for someone who already loves the brand and would rather pick out their own pieces. Would definitely recommend if you're shopping for someone who's picky about their style!
