This is the best Nordea branch in the Göteborg area, period. No wonder it has the highest ratings of the Nordea branches on Google Maps in Göteborg. Adian was super sweet and kind. He took his time to listen to my grievances and addressed each of them. He also apologized that it took Nordea over a month and several follow ups to address my issues. Additionally Adian explained why the challenges I faced may have happened. My time with Adian was less than 15 minutes total and I left the bank happy with all my issues addressed. He also compensated me for the long commutes to the Mölnlycke branch (once again I went to the Mölnlycke branch because they have the highest ratings on Google Maps.) Seriously Adian has amazing customer support skills. He deserves a raise🥳
