Vuokrasimme auton 4kk ajaksi. Auto oli uusi ja olimme siitä iloisia. Neljä kuukautta sujui erinomaisesti. Palautamme auton ja tarkistuksen yhteydessä löytyi kaksi todella pientä naarmua. Puhutaan nuppineulan pään kokoisista. Näistä tuli 850€ lasku. Eli vaikea suositella. Emme tule käyttämään tätä palvelua uudestaan.

Absolutely useless. Hard to express how bad their service was - very angry about how much cost and inconvenience they caused us. We'd booked a car for a month, they took 7500kr from our credit card and sent us confirmation which we noticed said the registration number was FAKECAR46 when we came to collect the car. Obviously we couldn't access the car because it didn't exist - they'd linked our booking to a test car. We rang support who said they would fix it. We rang back when we heard nothing, again they said they would fix it in 15 mins and call us back. About half an hour later they called and said they couldn't fix it that day but could sort it so we could pick up the car the next morning. By this time we'd been waiting by the car park for 2 hours and were forced to take a taxi home (for which they ought to reimburse us, still waiting for a response). No confirmation of a new booking had come by the next morning when they promised they would have a car for us to collect, so now we've had to book a short term hire elsewhere. The worst part of it is that we had previously had a booking before deciding to lease a car from Kinto for a month, at which point we cancelled it, naively thinking that Kinto weren't utterly incompetent. Now we've had to book for over 1000kr more than our original booking, so aside from the inconvenience Kinto has cost us significant money and taken 7500kr for a car they haven't provided.
