The review by Google Maps user "Lagom!" is completely unhinged and divorced from reality. I happened to have been there when the incident described occurred, and was right behind her when she was making a scene up front. She left out important details that make her review completely uncredible. The time cutoff she was referring to isn't about the store closing or her needing to get out, it was about the PostNord not being open in the last 30 minutes of the store's hours, and she had a package she had been trying to ship. She recently left an unhinged, sound free video of her harassing the employees, that establishes... nothing? I see these employees several times a week and they have been nothing but friendly, tolerant of my basically non-existent Swedish skills, and simply do their job quietly and with dignity. There is nothing more one should expect of employees at a grocery store. They're just normal, hard working people, who do a good job as far as I can tell.

Håll koll på utgångsdatumet, ibland är mat på hyllorna nästan utgången

I entered the store at 21:36 relying on the clearly stated closing time of 22:00 shown at the entrance and on the official website. There was no visible information anywhere saying customers must leave by 21:30. While I was inside, a staff , a dark hair female, middle ages with glassesmember abruptly told me to leave immediately. When I politely asked where this rule was written, instead of explaining, she became hostile and continued to push me out. I was carrying heavy items and felt publicly rushed and embarrassed in front of other customers. When I said I felt uncomfortable and unsafe being ordered out without explanation, another staff member told me they “didn’t need to listen to me” and that I “shouldn’t have an attitude.” This was not just confusing — it felt intimidating. A public store should never make a customer feel unsafe simply for asking for clarification. Another customer later checked the website with me and also could not find any mention of a 21:30 cut-off. Clear rules and respectful treatment are the bare minimum. This experience seriously damaged my trust in ICA Nära Armégatan.
