My partner and I have had the privilege of experiencing many fine dining restaurants both in the U.S, Europe and Southeast Asia, including several Michelin-starred establishments, and we both agree that Human is the best restaurant we have ever visited. This was culinary excellence at its finest. Every course delivered unexpected and incredible flavors, the wine and spirit pairings were outstanding, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. In my opinion this is fine dining at its absolute peak. The food was incredible, the service perfect, and the whole experience was worth every cent if you’re into long, flavor-packed dinners. tip: just get the big menu. The price difference is tiny once you've already committed to treating yourself.

Great restaurant! Everything was delicious. Some dishes left me without strong emotions, but others were absolutely top-notch. The service was excellent - attentive, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend experiencing their menu!

The restaurant offers a truly exceptional level of both cuisine and service. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. However, I do have some reservations about the menu itself, which I found confusing and unclear. At first, I thought this might simply be my own misunderstanding. However, when I showed the menu to several friends, none of them was able to tell me what exactly the “Exclusive Package” referred to. Simply adding the word “wine” or “beverages” would have made the meaning immediately clear and left no room for ambiguity. Another aspect I found disappointing and difficult to understand was the way prices are presented without including tax, while this information is not made sufficiently clear to the customer. I live in a country where prices are displayed including VAT, and when I go to a restaurant, I do not expect to have to take out a calculator to understand what the final bill will be. It is a shame that after such a wonderful dinner, instead of talking about the excellent food and the overall experience, I found myself discussing and trying to understand the details of the bill.
