Gutes Auto. Aber Achtung versteckte Kosten. Unser Mietvertrag belief sich auf 2988 SEK. Vor Ort wurden uns zusätzlich Kosten für Lieferung (750 SEK) und After Hour-Gebühren (500 SEK) verrechnet. Insbesondere die Kosten für die Lieferung sind reine Abzockerei, da der Bahnhof Gällivare als reguläre Mietstation bei Hertz aufgeführt ist. Da der Autoschlüssel nicht durch Hertz sondern durch eine Hotel-Rezeption übergeben wird, kann man nicht mal mit den zuständigen Personen sprechen. Update Rückmeldung von Hertz: „I see that you have pick up the car at train station on Saturday when the station is closed. you have been charged for afterhours 500 sek. And delivery/pick up fee 375sek.“ Update 2 Nach zweimaligem Rückfragen sollen uns nun 750 SEK erstattet werden.
