Poor service, bad attitude and misleading information from the bank employees. The only benefit is the location which is in close proximity to companies located in the area. Avoid this branch and you can thank me later.

1. The business of this bank is to deceive people and steal their money. You ask them to make a payment towards the principal, they do it next month. Why? Because this way they charge you interest for 1 more month. 2. The Bank also does not respond to emails. They simply ignore you to increase their profits. It doesn't matter if you go in person, either, they say "yes yes yes" and still ignore you. They had only one great banker, and guess what, he was fired! ---------------- Update: Just called the bank, and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this bank.

Ein super netter Service durch Alexander und Stina. Wir benötigen ein Bankkonto in Schweden und beide Mitarbeiter waren sehr verbindlich und freundlich. Schnell auf Mails reagiert und vor Ort in der Bank ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns super aufgehoben gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Service in Schweden

The bank can be easily reached by public transport and is in a accessible location. Not so much worry about parking when arriving there but I think cycling to there can be the best suggestion!!! The staff are kind and ready to help the customer's affairs. Their professional attitude is highly admired. However your follow up might be necessary.

The worst bank support. Someone did Scam using Swish and I reported police and asked Bank to support. They are just asking me to call Customer Support then customer support says to call branch where my account belongs. Branch representative gave me answer ‘I don’t know what to do’. It’s not only annoying but useless pathetic service. So basically Swish is not safe if you do transaction wrong or get scammed.
