I tried to book an apartment for 3 weeks (business trip). A grumpy woman received my call and didn't even listened to me, just replied that I should call 2 days later, because it was weekend (yes I called on a Saturday, and?). I just wanted to ask a simple question but didn't managed to do that. It was a real traditional cold swede reception (as usual, no respect for the guest, no culture, no etiquette, just military "equality"). I turned directly to an international hotel and never planning to call such "hotels" or "apartments" here (well, take a look at the pictures showing a dusty simple flat - and supposedly their best pictures). If such is the welcome, I can imagine the stay. Best advice is to avoid them.
