Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this store. There were issues with my prescription glasses from the beginning, and although I raised the problem immediately, I was advised to continue wearing them for a while. The problem did not improve, and I experienced significant discomfort before it was eventually confirmed that there was an issue with the lenses and they needed to be replaced. The replacement process also took longer than expected, and communication from the store was poor. I had to follow up myself to find out that the replacement lenses were already available. What disappointed me most was not just that mistakes happened, but how they were handled. I had to make several visits to the store, and at no point did I feel there was any real acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I also later had an issue with one of the frames and found it unnecessarily difficult to get help with a return or exchange because the appropriate person was only available during limited weekday hours. Overall, the whole experience involved far more time, inconvenience, and follow-up than I would expect when buying prescription glasses. I hope the store improves both its quality control and the way customer problems are handled.
