The Europcar station in Anna Fabrisgata in Uppsala was closed when we wanted to get the car at the confirmed time at 10 am on a Saturday. Couldn't reach anyone via phone. The solution that was offered from another Europcar staff member from another station in Stockholm was that we could come back on Monday. What a joke! Cannot recommend this station at all and would never hire a car again.

Jätte otrevlig chef dom drar pengar från kortet och ska behöva vänta 3 veckor för att få tillbaks pengarna som dom inte har rätt till

Barely any signs showing where the place id. Received car but was told it wasnt cleaned on the exterior, which was weird. Quickly find out that it's not clean inside either..... Tried getting some questions awnsered by phone but person on other side is out of office and nobody is there who can cover. Rest of reviews here clearly show that these guys are crooks....

A week after returning our car, we were asked to fill in a damage report for minor scratches in the rim, which we didn't report after picking up the car (but have photos of from shortly after pick up). Our objections and emails were not answered in any way and in calls we were adverted to the customer service which is not reachable by phone, only via email with very long processing times. Therefore, I can only advise you to be careful and report any minor damage to avoid unjustified rip offs!
