I am a loyal Europcar “Executive” customer and am usually very satisfied. Unfortunately, despite the kindness of all the staff (both on departure and return), I was not very happy with my experience this time. The car I was given—an Audi A6 Station Wagon—was in pretty bad shape, with dents in various places, and I was given it without the oil level being checked. In fact, I had to change the oil myself... One does not go to low-cost car rentals to avoid this kind of problem. Come in, Europcar Arlanda Airport! You can (and must) do much better.
