Osminkat men sömlöst. Fantastisk enkelt utan en massa dill-dall !.

Bad customer service. I order Seat leon and got toyota aygo x. there wasnt a replacement car provided but when i raised complaint the branch updated that i was provided with replacement car with free upgrade. The customer care listens to branch and do not listen to what customer says. thankfully i got my refund fully thanks for that but it costed me a lot to make another last minute booking because of this. Thanks to Bromma and Liljeholmen branches who genuinely tried to help me.

Bad customer service. They dont always answer the phone. Sat on hold for 20 minutes before i decided to show up to the office to be met with nobody there even though they were open. I was meat by the neighbouring company to wich they said come back in 30 minutes. When i decided to email them i was ignored.

I picked up a weekend rental from this Europcar branch; - great experience, staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no issues. I would recommend it! It is walking distance from the Metro
