I had an easy and pleasant experience with this branch. picked up the car within a few hours of enquiring about their availability over the phone. Other local companies were all out of cars, so I was pleased to find Europcars Linköping could help me. I chose a different drop off location for my hire, and it went smoothly, no issues. I had a lovely new VW Golf, super happy with it. The counter is inside a shop, easy to get to from the centre using electric scooter. I can only recommend. However as I experienced at my drop off location in Malmö, with Europcar it’s recommended you should plan any enquiries for during their working hours to avoid disappointment. drop off is done via drop off box and the paperwork is processed during the week. I would use their services again.

Very unprofessional car rental place where you are being lied to and overcharged at the return day without any explanation. Avoid at all cost.
