I rented a car from this company back in 2025, and the experience was excellent. The car was in top condition, spotlessly clean, and had only about 2,000 km on the odometer. They also offered the best price compared to other rental companies. I'd definitely rent from them again. Thank you, Jakob!

I had booked a rental car in advance for my vacation in Sweden. When I arrived and went to the rental office, I was told — with complete indifference — that the car I had paid for was not available. Instead of an apology, they casually offered me an “alternative” vehicle, but with an extra charge. I agreed, assuming it was a small inconvenience fee. In reality, they simply charged me for an entirely new rental, at a higher price than my original booking. Later, they claimed it was “insurance,” even though the paperwork made no mention of insurance — everything was processed as a completely new reservation, as if my original booking had never existed. After a brief and fake “discussion,” they promised to refund my original payment after I returned the car. But when I came back to drop it off, they smirked and said there would be no refund, suggesting I could “try to submit a request online” — with the kind of tone that made it clear they knew it was useless. I did file a request on their website — no reply, no refund. This was a clear scam: they charged me twice, lied about the reason, and then dismissed me with a smile. If you value your money and your dignity — stay far away from this company. They won’t just rip you off — they’ll do it while laughing in your face.

Although I booked the car on weekend where the office are closed in general, the employee managed to be on time with the agreed appointment. Car handover was smooth, even I got an upgrade since there was an issue with the system. Car was indeed very up to date. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service!
