I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Dressmann store in Jägersro on August 4th around 3:00 PM due to extremely poor, rude, and disorganized service from one of the staff members. While the Black employee working at the time was nice and helpful, the blonde employee was rude and bossy throughout my entire visit. After I tried on some shirts, she bossily made me pick them up from the wardrobe and bring them to her because she said she needed them. When I asked for a different size, she checked the system, confirmed it was in stock, and sent her colleague to check the back room except she didn't tell her colleague what size I needed. After I waited 20 minutes, the colleague came back and told me she was never given a size. The blonde employee then went to check herself, making me wait another 20 minutes, only to come back and say she couldn't find it despite the system showing it in stock. Spending 40 minutes waiting around due to complete incompetence and dealing with a rude, condescending attitude is unacceptable. Management needs to address this employee's behavior.
