Warning for US customers! They will gladly pass off high import fees to you and refuse to help. I had ordered several times and not paid any additional shipping fees, so this was unexpected. I spent $700 on an item and had a nice $80 additional fee when it arrived. They would not help me with this fee or shipping. Customer care and transparency not a priority. Otherwise I thought highly of this retailer. Last purchase. C'est la vie!

I’ve ordered from meadow several times and have been very satisfied each time. Shipping was always fast, and the products consistently matched the description. Absolutely recommended! If I’m ever in Malmö again, I’ll definitely visit the shop in person. Keep up the great work!

I initially had a frustrating experience with Meadow. My return took significantly longer to refund than stated on their website, and during that period the communication didn’t give me a clear timeline. However, the owner eventually reached out personally, apologized, and resolved the issue quickly once he became aware of the situation. I received the refund soon after. The situation ended well, but the delay and lack of clear updates made the process more stressful than it should have been.

I ordered a pair of fatigue trousers from Meadow and from the very start their service was excellent, really supportive and kind. When the return shipment unfortunately went missing with FedEx, Meadow were just as helpful, keeping me updated and resolving it without stress. They refunded me in full and handled everything with patience and care. Mistakes with couriers can happen, but Meadow’s customer service is top level. I really appreciate their support and wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.

Ordered some jeans to the UK as they were nearly £40 cheaper than I could find them at home. They arrived from Sweden in 4 working days, in perfect condition and just as advertised. Really positive experience - would order again.
