Very good service! We had a problem with our car, and the receptionist came out to help us and asked for someone to assist us. We really appreciated their kindness and support.

It is an amazing hotel with a really good breakfast esp. waffles are worth the hype. We were overall pretty impressed by our stay there. Every floor has a specific passcode which was pretty strange at first but we liked that you can only access your floor.

The hotel’s service was the most incredible experience we could ever have had. I rarely review but I genuinely believe this deserves one. My partner and I came to Stockholm for a cute cozy holiday but it ended up being our engagement holiday and the communication and support the hotel provided was perfect. They helped my fiancée set up a really lovely surprise in our room. Genuinely it was such a special surprise to walk into. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Stockholm, it is a bit off the centre part but the walk didn’t bother us as we are use to walks in cities and enjoy it too. Also each room is decorated uniquely so it feels cozy like a bedroom so it gave such a homey vibe.
