Room was small, but had everything I needed + very clean + very comfortable. Also they don’t charge for every single thing. Laundry and towels were available. Great location, only a few steps from the underground, and some local breakfast spots.

I booked this through air bnb and it’s not really a private home like you’d expect from air bnb; it’s very much a hotel. But everything was pretty unique - it was in an old apartment building, there was a shared kitchen, and a handwritten welcome note, and all access on a smartphone, with no reception. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp if we ever needed assistance.

Hallo Bob! Danke erstmal für deine Gastfreundschaft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr sauber, und das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich. Im Badezimmer hat nichts gefehlt, von Fön bis Seife und Haargedöns war alles da, unsere Dusche war so breit wie das ganze Badezimmer, einfach Oase sag ich mal. Unser Zimmer hatte Kaffee und Wasserkocher, nette Teesorten und einen Tollen Blick über die Dächer Stockholms. Ihr habt komische Dachrinnen. Als Seitenschläfer habe ich gut geschlafen, Fernsehen und tolle Gardinen zum verdunkeln gab es auch. Die Lage ist allerdings kaum zum toppen, ruhig und zentral, sehr nah ein Bäcker "hey ich vermisse euch" und ein toller toller Asia Imbiss "euch vermisse ich auch" eine Hotelküche im EG die man nutzen kann, und ein Koffer Raum. Danke Bob, wenn Stockholm dann bei euch.

Really I would rate this lower. I'm not in favour of the offsite checking at all it's so impersonal.
However the facilities were good and everything went smoothly although the room was hot and due to construction the windows couldn't be opened for any breeze. Or correctly they could be opened but we're "taped" up so no breeze could get through (norncould we see out).
In the end we arrived late and left early so nothing much to add.
The collapsible shower was... Interesting and worked better than expected although we had issues with the hot water. After juggling various tap combinations and in the end running the sink hot water we got it working....
Again. 4 stars seems generous in hindsight

A szoba nevetségesen kicsi volt, messze volt a bookingon meghírdetett 8 négyzetmétertől. A szoba méretéből adódóan felnőt ember számára teljesen alkalmatlan, a hozzá tartozó fürdőszobának nevezett lyukról meg ne is beszéljünk.

Locker room is full. No alternative given except leaving them outside of the lockers, but Bob of course takes no responsibility if something happens to luggage. Felt unsafe. Don’t offer a service if you don’t have the facilities to offer it, even if complimentary, we counted on you.

Our lockers are subject to availability and unfortunately, when other guests are using them, this is outside of our control. However, we also provide the entire luggage room specifically for guests to store their belongings. The room is accessible only with a personal access code and is monitored by CCTV for added security.
We understand that you were expecting something different upon arrival, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear. We offer both the luggage room and locker options to cater to different guest needs and we’ll take your feedback on board to ensure this is communicated more clearly.
