Hello Manu, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are deeply sorry for the alarming and disruptive experience you went through during the nighttime evacuation. Having the fire alarm go off in the middle of the night, being evacuated outside alongside emergency services, and feeling uninformed during such a stressful situation is genuinely distressing. To clarify what occurred, the incident originated directly from the restaurant with whom we share the building. Because the situation was managed directly by their team and the responding emergency services on the ground, our direct communication was unfortunately delayed. Nonetheless, clear communication during an emergency is vital, and we sincerely apologize for leaving you feeling stranded and unguided in the street. We will strictly learn from this experience. Our operations team is conducting an immediate review alongside building management and the restaurant team to improve emergency communication protocols, cross-tenant incident handling, and on-the-ground support so that our guests are kept fully informed and supported in any future situation. Additionally, searching under your name, we currently cannot locate a reservation in our system. If you could please share your booking reference number with our team directly, we will be more than happy to locate your file and properly look into your case.
