Ganz in Ordnung. Zimmer waren halbwegs sauber und für die geplanten 2 Nächte in Ordnung. Der Service ist allerdings wirklich schlecht. Beim Check-in wurden wir aufgefordert den schon gezahlten Betrag noch einmal zu zahlen. Nach ewigen suchen konnten wir es löschen und das selbe beim Check-out wieder (jeweils ca 30Min!!). Die Reinigungs und Check-out Regeln wurden und 6 Stunden nach spätestem Check-out zu geschickt... Ja schade. Zudem wurde beim Check-out unser Zimmer als nicht belegt angezeigt und wir mussten erst über Personal rausfinden, welches Zimmer über uns lief ... Heißt, unser Zimmer, welches wir beim Check-in bekommen haben (wir hatten ja auch die Zimmerkarten dafür) wurde einen Tag später ausgecheckt und wir waren auf ein anderes Zimmer gebucht, welches wir nie bewohnt haben.... Naja für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz ok.

Molto accogliente e spazioso. Molto lontano da Stoccolma storica, traghetto 80 ogni mezz'ora per 45 minuti di viaggio.

Ottima soluzione per soggiornare a Stoccolma Fuori dalla zona centrale ma in un posto molto bello, con i mezzi pubblici vicinissimi e molto comodi. Stanze ampie, divano, angolo cottura e con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Scelta stra consigliata!

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING HERE! Frankly, I don't even know where to start. First and foremost, the check in was an absolute mess. Their card system is beyond broken and left me and a dozen of other guests to spend a full afternoon with our luggage at the entrance, waiting for management to respond to our texts/calls for help. These people simply do not care about their guests as we were neglected, ignored and dismissed time and time again. I have never had as poor of an experience as this one, and I can only recommend for you to look for somewhere else to stay. Besides the check in there are multiple glaring issues which I'm sure will just keep being ignored so be wary. In our stay that lasted more than a week, our room WAS NOT cleaned ONCE until the LAST 24 HOURS. Where does that make sense? This was only worsened by the fact that they provide no cleaning supplies, not even a broom! And even when cleaning did happen, all our towels were taken AND WERE NOT RETURNED. All of this could've really just been a series of unfortunate events, but regardless of our pleas for explanations, no one in charge even dignified us with a simple response. Just like we were talking to the void. Now that is just plain disrespectful. So please, if you are reading this, stay far away from this place.

I rarely leave reviews for hotels but this one needed it! Overall; rooms are fine and location is okay for the price (45min from city), but the constant issues make this a nightmare stay. Keycards keep malfunctioning and with no staff, takes an hour or more to get into your room. The only laundry slot available was 11pm-2am because there are two small machines. One of the comforters was super scratchy, so much so that it was unusable and I just shared the other one with my girlfriend. There are absolutely better places, even with the low price! ———————————————————————— On two separate occasions we had to wait 45min+ to access our room. First, when we arrived, the key card activator was not working and with no staff on-site, we were waiting 45 minutes to flag down a cleaning lady who was kind enough to make keys for us. During that time, Story living was messaged and no reply was ever received. Then, the next night we arrived back to our room at 10:30pm and weren’t able to access it until 12:45. We messaged first, which again had no response, and then were forced to activate our American SIM cards to call you, which cost us 24USD with international data costs (12USD for Sunday, and 12USD for Monday). After finally getting in contact, we were told it could take 45 minutes to get somebody there to help. 2 hours later we finally accessed our room.

Ready? This place is best understood as purely a lodging accommodation, and I think that’s important to know before booking so you don’t arrive expecting traditional hotel amenities. You’re essentially getting a room/apartment with the basics needed to stay there, and not much beyond that. Don’t expect complimentary tea and coffee, a coffee machine, the usual selection of bathroom toiletries/soaps, air conditioning, or many of the little convenience touches you’d normally associate with a full-service hotel/aparthotel. And, somehow, I have to add this: bring your own iron. There wasn’t one available in our unit. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I had to consider packing an iron for an accommodation, but here we are. The rooms also don’t seem to be equally equipped when it comes to TVs. Some units have newer smart TVs with access to streaming services, while others still have older TVs with bulky remotes and only a very limited selection of channels. We experienced both, so don’t necessarily assume that the TV/setup shown or experienced in one unit will be the same across the property. Some consistency or upgrading of the older units would be appreciated. There are also a few things that go beyond simply being “basic” and could genuinely use improvement. The bathroom sink drainage was poor, and there was an unpleasant sewage/funky smell in the bathroom. I can’t say definitively where it was coming from, but it seemed consistent with a drainage or plumbing issue. Cleaning could also be more thorough. We found crumbs still left inside the kitchen cupboards, and some of the wine glasses had visible water marks on them. None of these things individually are catastrophic, but together they give the impression that the units are being cleaned at a fairly surface level rather than properly reset between guests. A little more attention to detail would go a long way. The entrance itself is secure, which I appreciated, but the lobby/common entrance area was quite dank and stuffy during summer. Without proper cooling, it isn’t a particularly pleasant space to walk into or spend time in. I can imagine it probably feels considerably more comfortable during the colder months. The location, however, is genuinely a strong point. It’s in a nice, quiet and relaxed neighborhood away from the busier city center, while still having multiple forms of public transport nearby. Between the ferry and rail-based options such as the metro/tram, getting into central Stockholm is fairly straightforward. So you get the benefit of staying somewhere peaceful without feeling completely disconnected from the city. The price is another advantage. It’s relatively affordable for the accommodation you’re getting, particularly if your main priority is simply having somewhere functional to stay with decent transport connections. That said, after staying here, it’s also fairly obvious where some of those savings come from. You’re trading away amenities, some comfort and attention to detail for the lower price. What’s frustrating is that this place could actually be much better with a relatively small number of improvements. Better attention to cleaning, plumbing/drainage and odors, more consistency between units, a few basic amenities, an iron, updated TVs throughout, and some improvement to the summer comfort of the common areas would make a noticeable difference. The accommodation does what it fundamentally needs to do: it gives you somewhere to stay, in a peaceful location, at a reasonable price. Just manage your expectations accordingly. This is much more “here’s your accommodation, you’re largely on your own from here” than a traditional hotel experience.

Allora l'appartamento è davvero carino con tutto l'indispensabile al suo interno.c'è da dire che in una settimana non ti cambiano nemmeno una volta gli asciugamani! Nonostante le recensioni negative su questa cosa non è cambiato nulla . Io credo che al quarto giorno al mattino vadano cambiati per una questione di igiene. Altro punto a sfavore il check-in/check-out. Lento . E poco chiaro. Il tutto in una piccola saletta all'ingresso caldissima che si muore dal caldo .per il resto la posizione è ottima perché vicino ai mezzi .per chi non ama il casino è appiccicata alle rotaie del treno ma non da così fastidio. Nel complesso va bene

The most comfortable bed and couch I’ve ever slept and stayed on. Very clean place . The location it’s close to the tram station The only downside : the bottle with the shower gel was empty Very good value for money . Very quiet
