A really predatory company

A really predatory company. They sent over a contract which I signed, under the presumption I would get a room similar to the video and images they show online. I later realized they also offer other room types which are not showcased on their website nor specified in the contract, and requested information on what type of room my contract applied to. They ignored all my emails for 1,5 months and refused to give me insight into what kind of room (such as room layout/images) I would live in. It is really baseline courtesy to provide information to a tenant on what kind of room they will live in long term. Thereafter, they only decided to inform me of the type of room I will receive after ignoring all my emails for 1.5 months, and informing me exactly one(!!) day after it was too late for me to cancel the contract. They appear really predatory by PURPOSEFULLY waiting until the exact same day as billing/the exact day when it's too late to cancel the contract...

Perfect housing solution

Perfect housing solution for me when i did move to Stockholm. Feel safe to have my own room contract and at same time did get to meet a bunch of really interesting people.

Absolute rubbish

ABSOLUTE rubbish company, wish I can give it 0 stars. 1. They charge different prices for the same size of rooms, sometimes overcharging people up to 2000SEK for a room. A lot of tenants moved in and suddenly realised their flatmates pay much less for the same size of room, but Colive asks 3000SEK if you want to change your contract!!!!! 2. A lot of the things in the apartment is broken. Even the heaters didn't work for a while. Once you sign a contract and move in, they would ignore your emails when you ask to get things fixed. They will fix things immediately whenever they have an ad campaign to look good. 3. Their ads on instagram are fake cos they pay around 1000Kr to ask people to speak positively about their company. Or the other guys in the ads are employees. 4. They delete all the negative comments on social media and threatened to EVICT people if they leave negative comments online 5. They don't screen the tenants in the building, a lot of people never submitted their criminal reports, they just put random people in the same apartment and claimed they have a "flatmate matching app". You might get unluckily and end up with nutcases who don't even clean their dishes, leave trash everywhere and have late night parties, and Colive wouldn't do anything about it, and ask 3000 to change the rooms!!! 6. A lot of assaults, s*xual assaults, bullying, theft has happened and the company did f*** all to fix anything or take any responsibility. This has been going on since the concept just launched. They have a "code of conduct" but they never enforce it. Worse still, they seem to take side when conflicts happen and condone abusive behaviours from other tenants, as long as they can get money they don't do nothing. 7. When you first contact the company, a guy would be in contact with you, acting as the "head of community", but after you move in he refuses to be involved in any issue, or try to solve any conflicts. 8. They also have a guy in the building, he works for the company and cleans people's apartment, but he eavesdrop people's conversation. 9. The secretary who works for the company, only replies to email when she wants to. Whenever there's a problem, she would ignore you, but she wouldn't hesitate to ask for rent and money. 10. They would also deduct the cost of the bed mattress from your deposit, over charging it. 11. There's a lot of drama in the buildings, people like to start gossip and spread rumours, they also have a lot of parties where they get drunk and do stupid things, including sexual assault accusations. Many people tried to talk to Colive to solve these issues, but Colive ignore everything. People are having house meetings so Colive can pay attention to these issues, but Colive doesn't give a flying f***. 12. Colive always act like none of these things are happening and continue to post happy positive stories(of course with paid actors) on instagram cos people keep getting done and move out of the building, and they are trying hard to lure new tenants inside. avoid this company like a plague, unless you want to get involved in dramas and get ripped off.
