Yoga Next Door is the most personal, comfortable, and welcoming studio that we’ve been to. There’s a great mix of teachers, classes, and workshops, so there’s always something to suit your needs. What makes it particularly special, though, are the teachers: they genuinely get to know you, and over time they start to feel more like friends. There is a real sense of community you feel as soon as you enter the door, and we always leave feeling better than when we walked in. We feel so lucky that the studio is in our neighbourhood!

I’ve been attending the Yoga Next Door studio for several months now, and it’s the best place to recharge. The studio always has an incredibly calm, warm atmosphere and it’s very clean. Special thanks to the instructors. They are wonderful yoga teachers, very sensitive, attentive and professional. During classes, the instructors always ensure the safety of every movement, gently help correct posture and focus on proper breathing. After classes you feel not only sense of lightness and pleasant flexibility in your body, but also deep mental relaxation. Thank you to the Yoga Next Door Studio and the instructors for this harmony. I will definitely continue my practice!

I attended the lovely Yoga Next Door regularly during a year of living in the neighbourhood. The teachers were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely focused on the mind-body connection. I appreciated the opportunity to choose between calming sessions and physical workouts depending on my needs each week. Thanks to the small classes, I got personal attention and quickly felt like part of a close-knit community.

What is fantastic with Avital is her individualized way to teach yoga, and her ability to adapt classes to your needs. The serenity of her study also makes it the perfect place for yoga therapy sessions.
