Ellen is an amazing instructor. This studio creates a beautiful, calming vibe to reset. They also use real candles for lighting, which gives an elevated feel.

Love love love this studio!! The beautiful, calm atmosphere, the warmth, the students and the amazingly talented teachers ❤️❤️❤️ There is a cute shop with high quality books and products and I just love having a cup of tea and hang out in the couch downstairs before a class. One of my favorite spots in Stockholm!

Ayäm is a true oasis in the heart of Stockholm — a place where peace, depth, and community meet. The teachers are both skilled and deeply present, and Life Force Activation has been a transformative practice for me. The atmosphere is warm, grounding, and beautifully held by the founder, whose vision permeates the space. Whenever I step inside, I feel like I return to myself.

A small and cozy studio with great teachers and unique classes. Studio has 2 yoga shalas in the basement, great equipment (best yoga mats I’ve ever seen in studios. After practice you can enjoy a cup of herbal tea by a panoramic window. Keep in mind that if you arrive to your class pretty much in advance the entrance door might be locked from the inside as they don’t have a receptionist and the studio is managed by teachers.
