Very bad experience with this store regarding the return of my Alfa shoes. XXL customer service had promised me that any store could handle my claim (return of Alfa Rype APS shoes). In the end, Mathilde, the department manager, only told me that she couldn't take my shoes and that I had to come back later on another day. I do not congratulate Mathilde and her manager for this claim, which was handled very poorly. The problem is that I live in France and was only visiting here again this year. Therefore, I do not recommend the Alfa brand, which is not quality at all (shoes that are less than 1 year old and still cost 3599 SEK). And more generally, I also very strongly advise against XXL stores, which have a deplorable product return policy. If you have a problem, they will do everything to ensure you get nothing.
