Enjoyed my first meal here on a Saturday evening and tried to return the following day (Sunday night) however I was turned away as the kitchen decided to close early. (Turned away at 630pm, restaurant closes at 7pm) it’s a pity, as I walked there especially. Otherwise food was fresh and delicious and was quick to come out after ordering.

I’ve been here many times and have tried lots of different dishes, and I’ve always had a great experience! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is cozy and clean. My personal favorites are the beef pho and bun mix. The food is always fresh and served quickly. The prices are reasonable too. They also have a great variety of soft drinks to choose from, as well as Vietnamese coffee. Overall, it’s a great spot for Vietnamese food. I’ve had good experiences every time I’ve visited, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Would recommend giving it a try! 😊

My food arrived, but the cutlery/chopsticks didn’t, nor did the water jar I’d asked for when I ordered. When I asked about them, the guy told me everything was downstairs. Since I was traveling alone, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my food and belongings unsupervised in a room full of strangers, so I explained and politely asked if he could bring them up. He agreed to bring the cutlery but told me, “The water is downstairs, you had to take it before coming up.” Plot twist 1️⃣: He never told me that when I ordered 😭 I figured he was already going downstairs, so surely he could bring the water jar too. Plot twist 2️⃣: Apparently, the water jars exist in another galaxy, very, very far away 🚀 I decided it wasn’t a big deal and could wait until the end of my meal to drink water. Then I overheard the table behind me asking for the exact same things. The guy hesitated but eventually agreed to everything and brought them what they needed. So apparently, the “go get it yourself downstairs” rule applies one out of two times here. Plot twist 3️⃣: He brought the family of three a jar that was only one-third full. Their faces looked like this ➡️ 😳🫪😮 At this point, I was finding the whole situation so ridiculous that it began to be actually funny, so I asked for water one last time. He went, “Uhm… let me check…” and started counting the people at the other table before finally saying, “Yes, I can” 🤡 I left a couple of minutes later, so I’ll never know whether the water was actually going to arrive 😆 To be fair, the guy wasn’t particularly rude in the way he spoke, but the whole interaction felt unnecessarily inconsiderate. If customers are expected to collect their own water and cutlery downstairs, that’s absolutely fine! Just tell them when they order 🙏 maybe this is common in Sweden, but tourists do not necessarily know this ☺️ As for the food, unlike the service, it was pretty good and they have a nice selection of spicy sauces on the tables 🤤 If service was good, I would definitely give this place 5 stars!

Quán phục vụ cực kỳ kém. Nhân viên thái độ không niềm nở, thiếu tôn trọng khách và thậm chí còn đứng bình phẩm về khách hàng. Làm sai đơn, thời gian ra đồ lại rất lâu. Extremely poor service. The staff were unfriendly, disrespectful, and even gossiped about customers right in front of us. They got our order wrong without apologizing, and the food took forever to arrive. Terrible attitude and highly unprofessional!
