So Good We Came Back the Next Day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are passionate foodies who have travelled to more than 120 countries, always curious to discover good food wherever we go. And An Nam in Stockholm was a wonderful discovery! We should confess something upfront: we are tough critics when it comes to food. We don’t sugarcoat our experiences. If we don’t like something, we say so. Travelling widely has made us curious, adventurous and rather demanding about what ends up on our plates. Fortunately, An Nam gave us absolutely nothing to complain about! We first visited on 12 October and were so impressed that we returned the very next day, 13 October. For travellers who love discovering new restaurants, eating at the same place twice on consecutive days is quite a compliment! After long, tiring days exploring Stockholm, the pho was exactly what we needed. Warm, soothing, comforting and full of flavour. It was the kind of soup that makes you forget how tired you are. The rice with eggplant was equally wonderful, beautifully prepared, delicious and deeply satisfying. Having eaten in so many countries, we have learned that memorable food doesn’t have to be complicated. What matters is flavour, care and the pleasure a meal brings. An Nam delivered on all three. Two consecutive visits, two thoroughly enjoyable meals and a restaurant that genuinely impressed two rather demanding food lovers. If we return to Stockholm, An Nam will certainly be among our first stops. And coming from people who rarely agree to eat at the same restaurant twice while travelling, that says a great deal! Highly recommended, without a moment’s hesitation!
